Paradise Valley School of Karate turns out well rounded martial artists. Our style is Matsumura Seito Shorin Ryu Koeppel-Ha. It is an Okinawan karate style taught by Hanshi Phillip Koeppel. We teach self-defense, sparring, forms and ground fighting. We also cover cardio training and specialty classes for women and children.
